We accept returns for items purchased on the store within 15 days of receipt for a full refund. 

Returns received after 15 days from delivery date will not be accepted and returned to sender. 

All returns must be unworn, unwashed, and placed back into original bag with all labels and tags attached.

Please note that if you choose to use a prepaid return label, the return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount unless the product was damaged or not as shown.

Please click the link at the bottom of the page to look up your order and initiate a return request. Returns will be processed once items are received at our facility.

After your return has been processed, you will be refunded the full amount of the items returned. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it can take 5-10 business days to post the refund to your account.


Exchanges are shipped to you free of charge via the same shipping method used to place the original order.

You can exchange your items for a different size or color, subject to availability.

If you would like to exchange your items for a different style, please return your items for a refund and place a new order.

Seasonal promotion code

Items purchased using a seasonal promotion code are eligible for store credit only. Store credit will be issued via a gift card.

Final sale

Items marked final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

International returns

We are unable to provide return labels outside of the united states. For international returns, please choose a shipping method of your choice that provides trackable and insured service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
